Job Responsibilities
- Develop and update collection training materials, SOPs, and product knowledge.
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training for Collection teams.
- Conduct coaching and provide feedback to improve collection performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvement plans.
- Support the team in handling complex collection cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Collection Trainer or in Collection Training.
- Strong knowledge of collection processes, techniques, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Able to analyze performance and provide effective coaching.
- Collection or training-related certifications are an advantage.
