- Candidates must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- At least one year of experience in the same field.
- Understand the training flow and Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to create soft skills and had skills training models
- Understand the steps to set appropriate modules for the organization’s needs.
- Able to do training effective evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms. word, Ms.PowerPoint, Ms. Excel) and graphic design.
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta & able to join ASAP
- Identify and evaluate employee’s development needs.
- Create and execute learning strategies/program.
- Create and monitor post-training program in order to help employees make the most of the learning opportunities
