We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager / Supervisor to drive our brands’ growth across Modern Trade, General Trade, Pharmacy, and E-Commerce channels.
You’ll be responsible for turning trade marketing plans into actual sales, visibility, and sell-out growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and promotional programs.
* Manage Modern Trade, General Trade, Pharmacy, and E-Commerce activities.
* Plan and execute promotions, merchandising, POSM, and in-store activations.
* Monitor sales, sell-in/sell-out, stock, pricing, and channel performance.
* Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
* Manage trade marketing budget and evaluate promotion ROI.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and distributors.
* Conduct regular store visits and ensure proper execution in the market.
* Prepare sales and trade marketing reports with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
* 3–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Channel Management, or Brand Marketing.
* Experience in FMCG, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Pharmacy, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
* Strong understanding of retail, distributor, and channel management.
* Experienced in promotions, merchandising, and in-store execution.
* Strong analytical and Excel skills.
* Good communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
* Hands-on, proactive, commercially minded, and target-oriented.
* Willing to travel for store visits and market activities.
