Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage customer bookings, inquiries, and travel requests, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare customized tour proposals and travel packages tailored to clients’ requirements and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with the Company Manager to coordinate operations and deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor all activities related to tour itineraries, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
• Generate and maintain customer reports, tracking bookings, feedback, and operational performance.
• Ensure all final itinerary details, travel documents, and arrangements are accurately prepared and communicated to clients prior to departure.
