Explore Our Indonesia (EOI) is a tour operator based in Yogyakarta, running trips to some of East Java's most iconic places: the sunrise at Bromo, the blue fire of Ijen, and the waterfalls of Tumpak Sewu. We welcome foreign travelers from around the world and locals from across Indonesia.

We take care of the whole journey, from booking to pickup to the last stop, so our guests can focus on the experience. Small details matter to us, because that's what makes a trip feel safe, smooth, and memorable.

Job description:
- Communicate with travellers in English through written messages and on call conversations.

- Recommend destinations and help arrange itineraries.

- Plan travel routes and schedules using maps.

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

- Manage bookings and administrative records using WhatsApp Business, online travel agency (OTA) booking systems and spreadsheets.
