TOUR & TRAVEL ADMIN INTERNSHIP
We are hiring an organized Tour & Travel Admin. As we eager to grow, we seek responsibility person in team to support all the office data needs.
Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support in team for daily operations.
2. Organize all documentations and database or other related in terms of Administrative tasks.
3. Assist in preparing data recap and other administrative documents.
4. Data Entry with high accuracy & eager to final check all the data.
5. Assist in preparing pre-tour arrangements.
6. Prepare Corporate & General Sales Reporting for Travel Division.
7. Support coordination or team work with internal team and other division in office.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Detail Oriented and Eager to Learn
4. Being responsible within team work as for get the best result
5. Have strong Principle & Good Communication in the team
6. Basic knowledge of administrative procedures is an advantage point
