Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated TKP CPNS Tutor (Freelance) to develop high-quality assessment content and deliver engaging learning sessions. The role may include creating situational questions, answer keys, and detailed explanations, producing clear and practical video explanations, and/or conducting live teaching sessions to help students understand answering strategies and improve their decision-making skills. Tutors may focus on one or more of these areas based on their strengths and availability. The content will focus on TKP (Tes Karakteristik Pribadi), emphasizing behavioral scenarios, workplace situations, and problem-solving approaches. All content should be relevant, consistent, and easy to understand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching, tutoring, or creating TKP or similar assessment content.
- Strong understanding of TKP concepts, including situational judgement, personality traits, and workplace behavior.
- Familiarity with CPNS exam structure and TKP question types.
- Able to create realistic and relevant situational questions along with clear answer rationales.
- Able to explain strategies and reasoning clearly, both in written and video format.
- Comfortable conducting live teaching sessions (if applicable).
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver engaging explanations.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia, following proper grammar and structure (EYD, KBBI).
- Open to feedback and willing to revise content as needed.
- Able to communicate availability clearly and complete tasks within agreed deadlines.
