Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute TikTok-specific content strategies that drive organic reach, audience growth, engagement, product discovery, and conversion.
- Generate creative TikTok content concepts, hooks, storytelling formats, and recurring content series that are relevant to the target audience and aligned with the brand identity.
- Plan, shoot, direct, and edit short-form video content, including working with creators, models, and other talent to produce engaging and TikTok-native content.
- Build and maintain an active and engaged TikTok community by responding to comments, participating in platform-native interactions, and fostering positive relationships with followers and brand advocates.
- Track and analyze TikTok performance metrics, including views, watch time, retention, engagement, shares, saves, and follower growth, and provide actionable insights to optimize future content.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, sounds, formats, fashion trends, creators, and cultural moments to identify opportunities and quickly adapt them into relevant, on-brand content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in TikTok operations or the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of TikTok analytics, strategy, content creation, and platform operations.
- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, resilient, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
