Qualifications:
- Active university student or fresh graduate in Communication, Visual Communication Design, Fashion, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Active TikTok user with up-to-date knowledge of current content trends.
- Strong interest in fashion and lifestyle.
- Confident in front of the camera and possesses good communication skills.
- Able to perform basic video editing (CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar applications).
- Creative, proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
Job Desription:
- Conduct research on TikTok trends (audio, formats, hashtags, challenges) relevant to the fashion industry.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for TikTok content (OOTD, styling, mix & match, behind-the-scenes, fashion education, promotions)
- Participate in content production processes (video shooting, basic styling, acting as talent when required).
- Perform basic video editing (cutting, subtitles, simple transitions) using editing applications.
- Create engaging captions and relevant hashtags aligned with the brand’s voice and identity.
- Upload content according to the content calendar and optimal posting schedule.
- Engage with audiences through comments and direct messages in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze content performance (views, likes, comments, engagement rate).
- Prepare periodic content performance reports.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and TikTok live activities (if applicable).
