Job Description:
- Research and identify the latest TikTok trends, viral content, sounds, and hashtags.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
- Assist in planning and executing TikTok content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, hooks, and content briefs.
- Record and edit short-form videos using TikTok, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Upload and manage TikTok content according to the posting schedule.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Social Media, and KOL teams to support campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
