Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, lunch break 12:00-13:00.
【Job Responsibilities】
1.Establish the foundational infrastructure for the Bagsmart brand's TikTok livestreaming channel in Jakarta, Indonesia. Drive initial growth, continuously optimize and iterate for enhanced performance, create viral hits, and ultimately achieve sales targets.
2.Develop effective TikTok livestreaming strategies aligned with company operations. Analyze account metrics and competitor intelligence. Create and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly livestreaming operation plans. Continuously refine strategies based on sales data outcomes.
3.Plan comprehensive live streaming campaigns on TikTok, develop detailed execution plans aligned with marketing objectives, and oversee implementation. Master live stream traffic rhythms, manage inventory planning, host training, script integration, and on-site operations including stage control.
【Qualifications】
1.Bachelor's degree or higher, with 2+ years of e-commerce platform live streaming operations experience; experience in FMCG brand live streaming services preferred.
2.Passionate about the live streaming industry, proficient in TikTok's dissemination mechanisms and operational rules, knowledgeable about TikTok store management fundamentals, and strong data analysis capabilities.
3.Clear logical thinking, strong resilience under pressure, highly self-motivated, and comprehensive competency required.
4.English proficiency as a working language with fluent spoken communication; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
