About the Role
We are looking for confident, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our team as TikTok Live Host Interns. This role requires working during US business hours and hosting TikTok live sessions for our US-focused audience. You will represent our brand during live streams, engage with viewers, showcase products, answer customer questions, and help drive sales through live commerce.
This is a 3-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Responsibilities
* Host TikTok live sessions and engage with viewers in real time.
* Present and demonstrate products in an engaging and professional manner.
* Answer customer questions during live streams.
* Encourage audience interaction and participation throughout the live session.
* Support promotional campaigns and product launches through live content.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to improve live performance and sales results.
* Monitor audience feedback and provide insights for future live sessions.
* Stay updated on TikTok trends and live commerce best practices.
Requirements
* Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Active TikTok user and familiar with TikTok Live features.
* Outgoing, energetic, and engaging personality.
* Ability to think quickly and respond to viewers in real time.
* Available to work during US business hours (evening to overnight hours in Indonesia).
* Comfortable hosting live sessions according to a US-based schedule.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Previous experience in live streaming, content creation, sales, customer service, public speaking, or social media is a plus.
* Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form video content is a plus.
