- Host & Entertain: Lead 3–5 Live sessions each week (1–2 hours/session), crafting high‑energy shows that drive engagement and gift‑conversion.
- Authentic Community Building: Foster genuine connections through Q&As, audience challenges, shout‑outs, and real‑time feedback loops.
- Creative Content Design: Co‑develop themed streams—music showcases, product unboxings, festive celebrations—in partnership with our Content and Marketing teams.
- Innovative Segment Development: Pitch and pilot new formats (mini‑games, tutorials, behind‑the‑scenes) that capitalize on trending topics and local cultural moments.
- Brand Integration: Seamlessly weave sponsor messages, product demos, and mini‑contests into your broadcasts.
- Self‑Assessment & Growth: Review your own metrics—peak viewers, average watch time, gift‑rates—and iterate on your style to continually improve performance.

- On‑Camera Magnetism: Charismatic, confident, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia—able to entertain 1,000+ live viewers with ease.
- Digital Savvy: Active TikTok account with ≥10K followers or proven livestream success on any platform. Links to managed accounts are highly valued.
- Technical Agility: Comfortable using OBS, Streamlabs, or mobile livestream apps; understanding of basic lighting, sound, and streaming best practices.
- Adaptable Storyteller: Quick on your feet—able to pivot segments based on audience cues and real‑time analytics.
- Performance‑Driven: Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding viewership and gift targets.
- Collaborative Spirit: Willing to work closely with Producers, Editors, and Marketers to refine content and align with brand initiatives.
