Job Summary:
Develop and maintain TikTok platform influencer and agency resources (including but not limited to collecting interest, negotiating, sending samples, signing agreements, and providing support for short video and live streaming operations); candidates with influencer resources on mainstream platforms and successful collaboration cases will be given priority.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for TikTok local life business influencer strategy, developing, communicating, signing contracts, and maintaining influencer links and sales matrix according to relevant standards (short videos), establishing a stable base;
2. Responsible for developing KOL and KOC resources, establishing a corresponding influencer resource pool;
3. Responsible for liaising with KOLs during project execution, including invitations, scheduling, execution, content collection, and financial settlement;
4. Based on merchant needs, work with the responsible BD to develop reasonable operational plans, distribute on the TikTok platform through short videos and content marketing, maintain customer relationships, and optimize transaction volume;
5. Promptly handle merchant and influencer issues, follow up on problem resolution, and improve merchant satisfaction;
6. Regularly review TikTok operational performance and provide content marketing optimization suggestions.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate's degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in operating local lifestyle influencers preferred;
2. Experience with TikTok local lifestyle service providers such as Foodism, Enjoy Inventory, and Lianlian Local Tours is preferred;
3. Possess relevant KOC and KOL resources, be familiar with new media platforms such as TikTok, and understand platform rules and practices;
4. Possess strong project management skills and excellent execution capabilities.
