At Mezink, we run high-volume creator and TikTok affiliate campaigns across multiple markets. We are looking for a TikTok Creative Strategist to join our Content Team and strengthen campaign content performance through better hooks, concepts, scripts and creator briefs.
This is not a design role or social media management role. Your responsibility is to understand what content works, why it works, and translate those insights into actionable directions for creators across awareness and affiliate campaign scripts and briefs.
Responsibilities
- Research top-performing TikTok content across products, industries, and markets
- Identify winning hooks, content angles, storytelling formats, and creator styles
- Analyze competitor content, platform trends, and consumer conversations
- Develop campaign content directions for both awareness and affiliate campaigns
- Create and refine creator briefs, scripts, talking points, and content frameworks
- Convert product USPs into strong content concepts creators can execute easily
- Continuously improve campaign briefs based on content performance and market learnings
- Work closely with campaign and creator teams to improve content quality and output
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content strategy, creator marketing, influencer marketing, TikTok marketing, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of TikTok content formats and creator ecosystems
- Ability to identify patterns behind viral and high-performing content
- Experience creating hooks, scripts, content concepts, briefs, or creative directions
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work across multiple products, campaigns, and countries simultaneously
