Are you passionate about the Creator Economy, TikTok LIVE, and helping creators grow? We're looking for a proactive, energetic, and growth-minded Creator Manager to manage TikTok creators, collaborate with brands, and drive outstanding campaign results.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of TikTok creators.
- Coordinate LIVE schedules, campaigns, and daily creator operations.
- Build strong relationships with creators, brands, and platform partners.
- Analyze creator performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Support creators through coaching and performance improvement.
- Research new brands and collaboration opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in Creator Management, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, MCN, TikTok Shop, LIVE Operations, or E-commerce.
- Experience working with TikTok or ByteDance is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven with good analytical thinking.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Positive attitude, high initiative, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus, but not required.
