Gleambeam sedang mencari seseorang untuk mengambil alih konten & growth TikTok kami.

Yang kami cari:

- Minimal 20 konten TikTok berkualitas/bulan

- Memiliki track record terbukti menghasilkan 1 juta+ organic views (bukan dari paid ads)

- Mampu membuat konten dengan potensi kuat untuk perform secara organik

- Memahami tren TikTok, hook & konten viral

- Mampu menangani proses dari ideasi → produksi → posting

- Menyediakan talent untuk produksi konten

Kompensasi:

- Gaji Pokok Rp5.000.000/bulan

- Insentif berdasarkan performa organic views & sales/GMV

- Potensi penghasilan hingga Rp15.000.000/bulan

Untuk kandidat/agency dengan track record yang kuat dan terbukti, Rp15 juta/bulan dengan performance guarantee juga dapat didiskusikan.
