About the Role
We are looking for a TikTok Affiliate Specialist to grow and manage our affiliate creator ecosystem. This role covers creator acquisition, activation, performance optimization, and GMV growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified TikTok creators that match the brand.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of active creators.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential, recruited, active, and productive creators.
- Coordinate product seeding, creator campaigns, briefs, and promotional activities.
- Monitor creator performance including GMV, content output, activation, and conversion.
- Identify high-potential and top-performing creators and develop plans to grow their contribution.
- Analyze creator and campaign performance using TikTok Affiliate Center and other data sources.
- Recommend commission, incentives, samples, or campaign support based on creator performance.
- Identify high-performing affiliate content that can be scaled through advertising.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to improve affiliate GMV.
- Work closely with Branding, Advertising, Live, and Project teams to support affiliate growth.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator/KOL Marketing, Influencer Marketing, TikTok E-commerce, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok creators and affiliate campaigns.
- Good understanding of TikTok Affiliate Center and creator performance data.
- Able to analyze GMV, creator performance, activation, and campaign results.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for research, analysis, reporting, and productivity.
- Proactive, analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
