Job Description:
- Manage and optimize manual ads campaigns (TikTok & Shopee)
- Handle upper to middle funnel campaigns (RnF, Video Views, Consideration, Community Interaction, etc.).
- Develop creative strategy & content refreshment to improve performance.
- Monitor and analyze ads performance (engagement & conversion metrics.
- Create reports and trackers that are clear and easy for clients to understand.
- Collaborate with internal team to achieve campaign goals.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2–3 years experience in digital ads / performance marketing.
- Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager (upper–middle funnel campaign).
- Understand creative logic & content performance.
- Strong in data analysis & reporting.
- Excel skills is a must.
- Good communication and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
