We are a digital operation company deeply rooted in the local life service sector in Indonesia. Our business covers O2O segments such as catering, beauty and hair care, leisure and entertainment, and housekeeping services. Leveraging TikTok Shop and the local social media ecosystem, we aim to connect high-quality merchants with local content creators, and build the most influential local life influencer network in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
1.Host daily live streams on TikTok, introduce local dining, entertainment and travel products, and guide users to complete purchases
2.Participate in live script planning and content optimization, create viral live sessions combining platform trends
3.Interact with viewers in real time, boost atmosphere, and improve live retention rate and fan engagement
4.Cooperate with the operation team to complete pre-live promotion, short video shooting and post-live review
5.Analyze live data, optimize speech and rhythm, and continuously improve conversion rate
6.Maintain brand image and ensure all live content complies with TikTok rules and company standards
Job Requirements
1.Native Indonesian speaker, fluent in Chinese is a plus (for communication with Chinese team)
2.Good appearance, strong camera presence, friendly personality, excellent verbal expression and improvisation skills
3.Experience in TikTok/Instagram live streaming, especially in local lifestyle or e-commerce is preferred
4.Familiar with Indonesian local consumption habits and TikTok content ecosystem
5.Able to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends), strong pressure resistance and team spirit
6.Passionate about live streaming industry, willing to learn new product knowledge and skills
