Job Description:
- Process ticket bookings via online systems or in-person transactions.
- Handle payment processing, refunds, and exchanges following company policies.
- Provide detailed information on schedules, pricing, and event rules.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and ticketing issues.
- Generate daily sales reports and reconcile cash and card payments.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent.
- One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in using ticketing software systems.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment processing procedures.
- Pleasant personality with great hospitality attitude.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
