WE ARE HIRING: TICKETING SPECIALIST (CORPORATE TRAVEL)
Are you a Sabre GDS expert looking to elevate your career in corporate travel management? KENCANA TOUR is expanding, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Ticketing Specialist to join our core operations team!
What You Will Do
- Deliver Executive Service: Manage end-to-end corporate client requests with speed, precision, and professionalism.
- Master Flight Operations: Book, issue, reschedule, reissue, and process refunds for both domestic and international flight itineraries via Sabre GDS.
- Consult & Calculate: Accurately calculate fares, tax differences, and penalties, while clearly explaining flight options, rules, and restrictions to corporate clients.
- Solve & De-escalate: Turn challenging situations into seamless experiences by handling travel disruptions and client inquiries with effective solutions.
- Track & Report: Prepare accurate daily and periodic sales/ticketing reports.
Who We Are Looking For
- Tourism Graduate: SMK or D3 in Tourism / Travel Management.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on ticketing experience in a travel agency setup.
- Sabre Expert: Proven proficiency and speed in operating Sabre GDS (Non-negotiable).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for smooth reporting and communication.
- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, high attention to detail, strong problem-solving under pressure, and a team-first mindset.
Working Hours & Location
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:00 (Enjoy your weekends off!)
Work Type: Full-time
