Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field.
Must have a good understanding of GDS systems, especially Amadeus. Knowledge of Sabre or Galileo is an advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
Proficient in flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, rebooking, and ticket cancellations.
Familiar with airline fare rules, baggage policies, refund procedures, and ticketing regulations.
Able to handle domestic and international flight bookings.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Have relevant certification is an advantage
