Requirements:
Candidates holding a valid BSP/IATA professional certification are preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus).
Familiar with various airline B2B portals and fare rules.
Able to handle refunds, reissues, schedule changes accurately.
Good English communication skills; candidates who can speak Mandarin or are willing to learn are preferred.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle air ticket booking, issuance, reissue, refund, and flight change processes.
Operate GDS systems (Galileo) and airline B2B platforms efficiently.
Ensure accuracy in fare calculation, ticket rules, and PNR handling.
Communicate with airlines for schedule changes, involuntary reroutes, and waivers.
Support customer service and internal teams on travel product inquiries.
Assist in hotel, visa, or car rental bookings when required.
