- Tại TP Hồ Chí Minh: Tầng 7, số 36 Phan Đăng Lưu, Quận Bình Thạnh, TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
Hình thức: Thực tập sinh
Thời hạn thực tập: 03 tháng
Thời gian làm việc: 8h00 - 17h30 từ thứ 2 đến thứ 7.
1.Mô tả công việc:
- Hỗ trợ theo dõi quá trình thanh toán, công nợ, hợp đồng cho nhà cung cấp;
- Xử lý dữ liệu và Thực hiện các báo cáo tuần / tháng;
- Hỗ trợ theo dõi tình hình giao hàng từ các nhà cung cấp;
- Theo dõi PO đặt hàng trên hệ thống, đối chiếu hàng nhận thực tế
- Các công tác khác theo yêu cầu từ cấp trên.
2. Yêu cầu công việc:
- Từng thực tập tại phòng thu mua/mua hàng trong các công ty kinh doanh hàng tiêu dùng tổng hợp như chuỗi siêu thị MM Mega, Co.op, Big C, hoặc các mô hình tương tự là một lợi thế;
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, tư duy nhanh nhạy và không ngại thử thách trong môi trường startup;
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, trung thực và có tinh thần chủ động học hỏi tốt;
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint và đặc biệt là Excel);
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
3. Phúc lợi được hưởng:
- Lương chính: 3,000,000 - 5,000,000 VND/ tháng/ 22 ngày làm việc thực tế;

Mom and pop' shops are the backbone of Vietnam’s retail sector and play an important role in the country’s economy. Telio, one of the startups in the first cohort of Surge, connects these small retailers with brands and wholesalers on a centralized B2B e-commerce platform that delivers more choice, better pricing and more efficient logistics. Telio's mission to power small businesses through technology, our main vertical is FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) and we are researching to open new verticals (expected to be footwear and non-electronic housewares)
Our story
Vietnam's large retail landscape is still dominated by traditional and fragemented trade channels. According to a report by Kantar, small ‘mom and pop’ street shops account for over 60% of FMCG sales in urban areas and over 90% in rural Vietnam. Challenges arise when the owners have to face 3 major problems: 1 - They sell a very diverse items so they usually need to contact ~50 - 80 differend wholesalers and distributors to manage their supply and inventory; 2 - The lack of transparency on pricing, quality and the availability of these products as the market is so fragemented and 3- the matters related to inventory: delivery time is not flexible and they have to pick them up by themselves.
Our Founders came up with the idea to solve all those problems: a central platform (website and mobile app) that connects sellers and retailers, removes multiple contact points and provides full transparency on pricing, product quality and availability with commitment of delivery time and logistics support: means of transportation and warehouses.
