PT Dias Naga Alpha (DNA) is looking for an individual with the following skills and knowledge to assist us. We are a multifaceted organization that specializes in next generation computing, cybersecurity and other tomorrow technologies. We are seeking a SOC Analyst as a part of our Threat Analyst Team with experience in cybersecurity operations and IT support. This role combines threat monitoring, endpoint security management, incident response support, system compliance, and technical troubleshooting to ensure a secure and reliable environment.
As a Threat Analyst, you will bring sharp critical thinking, clear and comfortable communication in English and Indonesian (written and spoken), and the ability to excel both independently and within a team. This role is flexible and responsive to immediate needs for extra support in various work areas. Operating in a security-first environment, we place the highest importance on trust, discretion, and confidentiality.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage security platform operations, including policy updates, software upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Monitor security dashboards, alerts, Security events, and endpoint protection status
- Investigate security incidents and create TTP documentation and after-action reports
- Maintain and improve security rules, policies, and detection configurations
- Perform endpoint security compliance checks and ensure protection coverage
- Verify security updates, patches, signatures, and protection modules
- Perform vulnerability checks, system scans, and remediation follow-up
- Support customer security reporting, awareness, and technical guidance
- Manage security tickets and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
- Prepare monthly security reports and provide customer security updates
- Provide security awareness guidance and technical support to customers
Qualifications:
- Understanding of cyber resiliency concepts and cybersecurity operational practices
- Knowledge of operating systems, system administration, networking, and cloud technologies
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, risk management, and security compliance standards (e.g., PII, PCI, PHI)
- Experience with incident management, ticketing systems, documentation, and service desk processes
- Knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, vulnerability remediation, DLP, or security monitoring tools
- Ability to analyze security alerts, system events, logs, dashboards, and incident data
- Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and system-related issues
- Ability to create technical documentation, reports, and operational procedures
- Stay up-to-date with IT trends and implement new technology solutions
- Comfortable with shifting hours
- Effective communication skills in English and Indonesian: written and oral, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills (Applicants are required to submit their resume/CV in English)
