# Job Description: Copywriter Intern (in Threads Community)
**Company:** PT Solusi Penjual Pintar (Datapinter & Ecomblade)
**Location:** Jakarta (Hybrid: weekly offline team meeting, otherwise WFH)
**Type:** Internship
**Allowance:** IDR 500,000 / month

Datapinter helps Indonesian sellers make data-driven decisions on marketplaces.
Our audience is e-commerce sellers, from beginners to established brands. We grow by genuinely helping them.
## About the Role
You will be the voice of our brand on **Threads**. You'll find the most engaging e-commerce conversations and add real value with practical, honest, and empathetic advice.
## Quality KPI
- 1000 Followers per month (Yes its achievable, we've done it before)
## Responsibilities
- Find and comment on **at least 30 high-performing e-commerce threads per day**
- Write practical, critical, and empathetic advice for sellers facing real problems
- Write and publish **2 well-crafted original threads per day**
- Track which comments and threads perform best
- Submit a **weekly performance report** (engagement, insights, learnings)
- Attend the **weekly offline team meeting** in our office in Serpong (near mall SMS)
## Requirements
- **Strong written English:** you read and write fluently (spoken fluency is a plus, not required)
- **High empathy:** you can understand a seller's frustration and respond like a helpful peer, not a salesperson
- **Clear communication:** concise, structured, and easy to understand
- **Discipline:** you can hit daily targets consistently while working from home
- **Good attitude:** coachable, curious, and responsive to feedback
- Active or familiar with Threads / social media culture
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
## Plus Points
- **You have sold online yourself** (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce terms (ads, conversion, margin, product research, funneling)
- Experience with content writing, community management, or personal branding
