Job purpose
The Therapy Aide supports and  assists Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist in carrying out the   required therapy for the clients.

 Duties and responsibilities
Conduct activities prescribed Physiotherapist and Occupational  Therapist.
Report clients’ rehabilitation progress to Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist.
Documentation of all activities conducted.
Update monthly activity attendance.
Display weekly activity schedule.
Monitoring of vital signs before conducting any activities.
Assist in toileting and showering. Training will be provided for showering of clients by OT.
Maintain proper record and keeping of rehabilitation equipment and activity items.
Other additional operational duties as assigned by Centre Manager.
 
 Minimum Qualification Level
Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent
