Job Vacancy:
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct one-on-one Sensory Integration / Occupational Therapy sessions in accordance with each child’s individualized therapy program and needs.
2. Perform observations and assessments, and develop therapy plans focused on sensory processing and the child’s functional abilities.
3. Support children in improving self-regulation, attention, motor coordination, and responses to sensory stimuli in daily activities.
4. Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other therapists to ensure continuity and consistency of therapy programs.
5. Prepare daily progress reports on the child’s development during therapy sessions to be shared with parents.
6. Prepare periodic evaluation reports regarding the child’s progress and therapy outcomes for parents and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma (D3/D4) in Occupational Therapy.
2. At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
3. Possess a valid and active Registration Certificate (STR).
4. Experienced in working with children with special needs. Especially cases with Autism, ADHD, etc.
5. Demonstrates patience, high empathy, responsibility, and flexibility.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
8. Domiciled in DKI Jakarta and the surrounding areas.
