What You’ll Be Doing
This role goes beyond support—you’ll be actively involved in making things happen:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels
- Create engaging content including social media posts, short videos, and campaign materials
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in in-store promotions, visual branding, and outlet marketing activities
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning
- Analyze basic marketing data and prepare performance reports
- Manage customer feedback and support overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution
- Experience in retail, F&B, or service-based industries is a plus
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, CRM, or similar platforms
- Able to write clear and engaging marketing copy
- Basic understanding of campaign performance and marketing data
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Creative, proactive, and commercially aware
- Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
