Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the tennis court to ensure smooth and efficient facility management.
- Coordinate court bookings, schedules, and recreational programs, including tournaments and special events.
- Ensure all courts, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and ready for use.
- Lead, supervise, and support the operations team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor daily operational activities and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
- Experience in sports facilities, recreation, hospitality, or a related operational role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to coach, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and safety standards is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Passion for sports, particularly tennis, is a plus.
