ZINIT is an AI-driven B2B procurement SaaS platform helping enterprise companies discover suppliers, run competitive tenders, and achieve measurable savings faster.
We are looking for a Tender Support Manager in Jakarta - a relationship-driven professional who will build strong supplier partnerships, increase supplier participation in tenders, and support better sourcing outcomes for enterprise customers.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers across different industries.
- Engage relevant suppliers for customer RFPs and sourcing events.
- Guide suppliers through the tender process and help them submit complete proposals on time.
- Follow up actively to increase supplier participation and response rates.
- Analyze supplier performance, market pricing, and tender outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and leadership teams.
You are a good fit if you have:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, supplier/vendor relations, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence external partners and manage multiple follow-ups.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with digital platforms and AI tools.
- Fluent Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work from the office in Jakarta 5 days a week.
Nice to have:
Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, procurement, sourcing, tenders, supply chain, distributors, manufacturers, or enterprise customers.
