Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and complete all administrative documents required for company tender processes.
- Monitor tender schedules, submission deadlines, and ensure all requirements are fulfilled on time.
- Coordinate actively with Business Development, Technical, Finance, and Management Teams regarding bid document needs.
- Manage and archive tender and contract documents in a structured and organized manner.
- Prepare periodic reports on tender progress for management evaluation.
- Assist in clarification processes and communication with tender owners when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education D3/S1 from any major, preferably Business Administration, Management, or Engineering related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in tender administration, procurement, or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word for data processing and document preparation.
- Understanding the tender process from document preparation, bid submission, to evaluation stage.
- Mandatory to have good English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Highly detail-oriented, good communication skills, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team with strong initiative.
