Job Description :
- Maintain good relationships with existing tenants
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Conduct regular visits and ensure tenant satisfaction
- Support leasing activities (find and follow up potential tenants)
- Present available units and assist with tenant onboarding
- Help achieve occupancy targets
- Handle tenant administration (contracts, data, and documentation)
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily operations
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (any major)
- 1–2 years experience in tenant relation / sales / property / hospitality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Able to work independently and in a team
