Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Coordinate with related departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, etc.) to resolve tenant issues.
- Ensure all tenant requests are followed up in accordance with the established SLA.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to tenant relation activities.
- Document all complaints and their resolutions.
- Conduct regular tenant visits to maintain good relationships.
- Monitor the condition of tenant units/areas.
- Build positive communication to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Hospitality or Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Tenant Relations, or Property Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complaints effectively (problem-solving skills).
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Capcut.
