Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with related departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of tenant issues.
- Monitor and follow up on tenant requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to tenant relations activities.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant complaints, requests, and resolutions.
- Conduct regular tenant visits to foster positive relationships and improve tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor the condition of tenant units and common areas, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong communication with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Male, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Hospitality, Management, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Tenant Relations, Hospitality, or Property Management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is an advantage.
