- Convert inbound leads/chats/calls to viewings
- Be a passionate evangelist of co-living and sell the value proposition of Flokq
- Understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Upsell Coliving units and rooms
- Maintain a sense of understanding of availability and maintain the required rate of occupancy.
- Manage the lead pipeline and do prompt follow-ups
- Prepare reports on lead quality, conversion, and other key performance indicators
- Maintain SLAs on first call, follow-ups
- Optimize lead to viewing velocity
- Champion the home-touring activity for prospective members
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
- Passion and/or experience in co-working and/or co-living industry
- Must speak, read and write English and Indonesian fluently!
- If you know Japanese/Korean/any European language at a conversational level is a big plus.
- You are highly self-motivated and a hustler comfortable working in environments where you will be able to take initiative and carve out a path to success for yourself.
- Your schedule is flexible and will be willing to work weekends and evenings if need be.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
