Are you passionate about Telesales ? We are looking for a communicative, target-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Service & Telesales.

Job Description :
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and leads through WhatsApp, Social Media Direct Messages, and phone calls

Handle inbound and outbound communication to offer clinic services and promotions

Achieve sales and closing targets by converting customer inquiries into transactions or clinic visit appointments

Provide accurate information regarding clinic facilities, medical services, pricing, promotions, grooming, vaccination, and consultation services

Conduct cross-selling and upselling to maximize customer transactions

Assist customers with registration and appointment scheduling

Follow up potential customers (leads) and provide appointment reminders for existing customers

Build and maintain good relationships with customers through excellent customer service

Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically

Manage customer databases, pet records, and daily sales/closing reports

Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to support clinic campaigns and business targets

Qualifications :

Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma degree from any major

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Sales

Experience in Pet Shop or Veterinary Clinic industry is a strong advantage

Target-oriented with strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

Comfortable working with sales targets and handling customer objections

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, patient, communicative, and well-groomed

Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays according to operational schedules
