Qualification :

Min D3 from any related major
Minimum 2-5 years experience as Telesales Team Lead/Supervisor
Strong Coaching & Leadership skills
Able to operate Microsoft Excel (Minimal Basic Formula)
Ability to analyze key metrics like conversion rates, call volume, and closing rates
Strong communication and networking skills
High integrity, detail-oriented, honest, dynamic, and disciplined

Responsbilities:

Offer products and take orders from existing sales channel customers via phone on a regular and continuous basis
Deliver excellent service and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and requests regarding sales and delivery
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with all clients
Represent the company and educate customers about product offerings
Generate and present routine administration reports
Available for onsite work in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang
