Deskripsi pekerjaan Telesales Lead PT Prakasa Makmur Kencana
- Hires and trains Telesales.
- Oversees the daily workflow of Telesales staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborates with Office Manager & Director to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by the Telesales team.
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates Telesales as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Office Manager & Director.
- Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
