Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate the telesales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build a high-performance and positive sales culture through hands-on coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback sessions.
- Monitor individual and team performance, identify improvement areas, and create actionable development plans.
- Become a role model in discipline, communication, customer handling, and sales execution.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute telesales strategies that drive lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Ensure the team is able to understand customer pain points and deliver solution-based, persuasive pitching.
- Monitor CRM data to track team performance, identify trends, and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline data to optimize sales processes and team productivity.
- Collaborate with management to align telesales activities with company revenue goals.
Pitching & Customer Communication Excellence
- Create effective and persuasive sales approaches tailored to customer needs and behavior.
- Train the team to communicate clearly, confidently, and consultatively.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine sales scripts, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
- Handle escalated or high-priority leads when necessary.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Prepare regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations for business improvement.
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and ensure data-driven decision making across the telesales process.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales/sales roles and at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead position.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on people development and team empowerment.
- Able to create compelling and customer-focused pitching strategies based on customer needs and pain points.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and dynamic environment.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new strategies and market trends.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate sales data into actionable improvements.
- Familiar with CRM systems such as Qiscus or similar platforms.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
