Job Desc :

1. Maintain and follow up agents progress every month.
2. Educate agents via phone calls and WhatsApp.
3. Maintain and Responsible to increase Agent Productivity
4. Prepare daily and weekly activity reports

Requirements :

1. Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
2. Good communication skills, friendly, and persuasive
3. Strong negotiation capabilities with a proven track record
4. Able to work with targets and manage time effectively.
5. Owns a personal smartphone with a stable internet connection.
6. Proficient in using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and other basic applications.
7. Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic work environments
