Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Diri Care's products/services.
- Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about products/features.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, presales, or call center sales supervision.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in any of our clinic.
