JOB DESCRIPTION:
Make phone calls to introduce and advise customers on services according to the marketing-provided data list;
Explore and understand customer needs and provide phone-based customer service;
Execute sales programs according to the Sales department's business plan;
Build strong relationships and persuade customers to use our services;
Take responsibility for and ensure achievement of KPIs;
Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates under 35, preferably female, are encouraged to apply;
Fluent in Indonesian and English;
At least 2 years of experience in Telesales or CSR;
Basic computer skills for office tasks;
Good consulting and customer service skills;
Right to work in Indonesia.

Salary RP 5.500.000 (5.000.000 basic + 500.000 attendance bonus) - RP 5.800.000;

WORKING TIME: From Monday to Saturday (8:30 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.; Lunch break 12:00 p.m. - 13:00 p.m.)
