Job Description :
- Research : Utilize online platforms (social media, industry directories), networking events, and manual outsearch to discover potential leads
- Contact & Qualification : Engage leads through phone calls, emails, and other relevant methods to assess their fit for your product/services and gauge their interest level
- Needs Analysis : Understand customer pain points and priorities through in-depth conversations
- KYC Reporting : Compile a clear and concise report summarizing cutomer data, prioritizing leads based on their needs and alignment with your offerings
- Meeting Setup : Schedule appointments or virtual meetings for qualified leads with the appropriate sales respresentatives
- Instroductions & Handoff : Facilitate introductions between sales reps and prospects, ensuring a smooth transitions
- Database Maintenance : Regularly update the customer database with collected information and the progress of interactions
