Job Description:
- Willing to work on shift (Day Shift 08.00 AM - 08.00 PM)
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s products or services.
- Clearly and persuasively explain product/service features over the phone.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Record telemarketing results and customer information into the company database
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects who express interest in the offered product.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall sales objectives.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) is preferred.
- Maximum age: 27 years old. Female
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email).
- Friendly, confident, and highly motivated.
- Preferably domiciled in South Jakarta or nearby areas.
