Job Description:

1. Make a phone call using the database given to offer consultancy program and service.

2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

3. Create and use script to provide infomation about the programs service and its benefit.

4. Ask partinen questions to understand the customer's requirement.

5. Get the detail information of the customer such as company, contact number, designation and forward to designated sales.

6. Record the customer's personal informaton accuratley in a computer system

7. Keep Records of calls and sales record useful informaton.

Requirement:

- Min SMA/SMK
- Proven Experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communiciation and presentation skills Have good tone in calling
- Skilled in negotiattion and dealing with complaints
- Target oriented and persistent
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Ability to remind calm under pressure
