KomuniTech helps business owners and professionals build their first AI employee in a 2-hour, hands-on workshop, without coding. With mentoring and a community of 3,800+ members, members deploy AI agents to WhatsApp and Telegram that reply to customers, qualify serious leads, schedule calls, and create content.
We are looking for a Telemarketing team member with strong communication skills who is passionate about AI and making it accessible to everyday users and businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside an AI agent that replies to WhatsApp and DM messages 24/7, selects serious leads automatically, and schedules calls. Call and follow up the qualified leads by phone.
- Review and correct AI replies, provide correct knowledge, improve prompts and scripts, and hand over leads that need human handling.
- Follow up leads, maintain call lists and records, and report call outcomes and progress.
- Achieve call, contact, and conversion targets set by the team.
- Handle questions and objections professionally, and pass qualified leads to the business development and sales team.
- Schedule calls through Google Calendar for serious leads.
- Take ownership and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Comfortable working alongside AI agents, WhatsApp/Telegram, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Target-oriented, resilient, and able to work with call lists and simple reporting.
- Willing to learn and improve AI agents from chat and call feedback.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent experience in related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Familiar with AI agents and AI tools.
This is a WFO role in Jambi. Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Jambi.
Commission up to IDR 1,000,000/month.
