Requirements :
- Proven experience in Telemarketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of sales and telemarketing closing techniques.
- Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Management, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Results-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and approach potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports on prospecting activities and sales outcomes.
- Achieve individual and company sales targets.
