We are a growing British education provider looking for motivated and confident Telemarketing Representatives to join our Jakarta team. This is a full-time, on-site role based at IFC 2, Sudirman, offering excellent earning potential and the chance to be part of an international team.
You'll be promoting UK-accredited online courses to prospective learners and playing a key role in helping individuals upskill and advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through digital platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective students
- Provide accurate course information and support learners through the enrolment process
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Build strong, ongoing relationships through calls, messages, and email communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, digital marketing, or a related sales role
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using online tools and working with data
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
